I seem to spend an obscene amount of time trying to convince other people that they are amazingly intelligent, stunningly attractive, hugely talented, and infuriatingly clever.
Trying to convince them that they're worth something.
You know what the worst part is?
They don't seem to believe me, 99% of the time.
Especially not when they need to hear it most.
And that is absolutely heartbreaking.
I wish we weren't so wrapped up in these horrifying delusions of ourselves.
So much, that we forget the reality.
Of how special we are.
We forget how loved we are.
Other people can see it all too clearly.

I feel like I've been abandoning everything lately?
Like, I've got three (?) WIPs, four fics that I haven't touched in months, at least one piece of editing work, and I'm working on a collab to boot. Two, actually. Though the one with Hana is still in the concept stages, and the huge one is on hold until Mickey tells me what the hell I'm supposed to be doing.
Even though I've got all that, I sit around and do useless things all day. Tumblr is too addicting. I need to like, throw it out the window or something.

Fridays are always short days in my school (we end at 3:30 or so normally but on Friday we end at like 2pm or something), because of reasons, and this next week is spring break so the teacher couldn't really teach anything, yeah?
Yesterday, I did a presentation on competitive karuta for Japanese class, and today we played it in class. I won three straight games (which was all the games we had time to play, so, go me) and got a lollipop.
